The Bacon Brussel Affair.

I know you're all in love with brussel sprouts just as much as I am so I'm introducing the third installment, and by far the best edition of the brussel sprout saga.

We have here some roasted sprouts of brussel that have been sauteed with diced yellow potatoes that I preseared in a troublingly larqe quantity of bacon fat. I added in some butter (can't get enough) with french shallots, diced bacon and some arugula just at the end for some fluff. Garnished around the edges is the venerable Bacon Mayonnaise and as well some fried caper oil to give it a nice gloss.

I call it the bacon triple threat featuring potatoes and heckin' gosh darn brussel sprouts.
