Proper dieting and discipline is what we all need to control our glucose level and weight . I beleive in your own case you just need to eat foods that are rich in vegetable and fruit and avoid foods that contains carbohydrate @jluv2fly

I agree with you. I just need to know that when I can't eat healthy, that the occasioonal splurge won't damage my body.
