Buttermilk with sorrel : Recipe
This dish has buttermilk as a base and is filled with heaps of torn fresh herbs. Grated horseradish and spicy mustard add a gentle flavor to the soup. A good soup to have in summer.

Ingredients:
- 6 potatoes;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 bunch of sorrel;
- 1 bunch of green onions;
- ½ a bunch of dill;
- ½ a bunch of parsley;
- 3 cucumbers;
- 8-10 radishes;
- salt - to taste;
- 1 liter of low-fat kefir.
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and eggs, cool and clean. Finely chop the greens. Potatoes, eggs, cucumbers and radish, cut into small cubes. Radish can be rubbed on a coarse grater.
Mix sorrel and onions, lightly sprinkle with salt and remember the tempest. So buttermilk will be more fragrant. Mix all the ingredients and season with salt. Pour in kefir, mix and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

This sounds delicious. I'm not crazy about hard boiled eggs, so I'd leave those out, but otherwise it sounds great. We'll definitely try this one out.
