Ingredientes:
100g de chocolate 75% cacau
5 ovos
75g de manteiga
3 colheres de sopa de açúcar mascavado

Decoração a gosto.

Preparação:

Derreter o chocolate em banho-maria com a manteiga. Unte a forma com manteiga. Separar as gemas das claras. Bater muito bem as gemas e guardar. Bater também as claras juntamente com o açúcar mascavado.
Juntar as gemas ao chocolate, mexer bem, e envolver delicadamente as claras. Reservar um chávena de chá deste preparado e levar ao frigorífico. Deitar o restante preparado numa forma, sem encher muito e levar ao forno, a uma temperatura de 200ºC, durante cerca de 10 min. Desenformar o bolo e colocar sobre este o preparado que guardou no frigorífico.

E é isto! Muito simples e rápido de confeccionar!
