RECIPE - "Scrambled eggs of artichokes and mushrooms"

Hey, everybody. How are you? The other day I discovered in my freezer a package of artichokes already cut and peeled, so I bought some mushrooms and decided to make a delicious scramble.




INGREDIENTS 2 eggs Mushrooms Artichokes Garlic


  • As my artichokes were packaged, I cooked them according to instructions.
  • Then in a frying pan I put the garlic with the mushrooms and the artichokes and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat.
  • Add the eggs and stir well, as you know the scrambled eggs I like to give a touch of pepper and oregano, ready to eat!
