Chicken Salad with Celery

Ingredients

• 2 chicken fillets;
• 2-3 large apples;
• 1 celery stalk;
• a handful of peeled walnuts;
• a handful of raisins;
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
• 2 tablespoons sour cream;
• 1 lemon;
• salt, black pepper - to taste;
• cooking oil for frying.
  
  

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into cubes and fry in butter for 10-15 minutes. Chop celery finely.

Prepare the sauce: squeeze the juice from the lemon and add sour cream and mayonnaise to it.

Salt and pepper, mix thoroughly. Mix the finished fillet with raisins, celery and dressing.

Carefully remove the cores from the apples and cut them into half a centimeter thick circles.

Carefully lay a salad on them. You can simply cut the apples into cubes and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them on the salad.
