Visayan's Favorite : Humba!

Have you had your breakfast? Well me, I'm having a late breakfast today because
waiting for this special food to get served lol! **
** This food is one of the Visayan(a tribe here in the Philippines) delicacy. It's normally served during special occasions but if you have available pork belly meat well why not make somthing like this right? This dish is called "HUMBA". It's a pork dish which kinda taste like adobo. So what's the difference? This one is not sauteed! And most of the time it is mainly composed of pork meat minus the oil, why? Because the oil was extracted already before cooking. This way we cannot taste all the oil dripping on our lips but rather love the adobo-like taste of it. It's truly delicious! **
