Good afternoon
I am going to share with you today some Giant Chocolate Twists thats I made for Breakfast this am.
My other half is a Baker and helps assist me as my baking skills are minimal. I opt for quick and easy shortcuts =D
Ingrediants

Any other fillings including nuts
Instructions
Step One
First roll out your pre bought Puff Pastry at room temperature to avoid cracks.
(Unlike mine)
Step Two
Spoon out the Hazelnut Spread and start to spread out
Step Three
Once spread to all sides. Pinch the edge in preperation for the big roll
Step Four
With both hands gently roll up the puff pastry
Step Five
Slice or use scissors to cut the rolled up puff straight down the centre.
Step Six
Pinch the top and start by placing on end over the other untill you have a plait or twist. Pinch the end.
Step Seven
Cover with egg wash and bake for around 30 minutes on gas Mark 6
Step Eight
Remove from oven and eat all in one go!
I find this is a grest simple receipe and so easy to do. Great to do with children and makes them feel involved in the kitchen.
Looking yummy!
It was, but a bit raw in the middle =(
I wont lie I ate it anyway ha ha!
yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
It was yummy! Even if on the large side!
Nice! Thanks for sharing this. Looks really tasty. I wonder if I can find pastry puff in Panama! :)
Ooo I really don't know that! But you could make it yourself but its a lot of butter = D Might Melt. I always thought in Panama you could get almost anything you wanted ;)
Butter is super expensive here. Panama imports a lot of stuff and it is expensive if it's imported. We have learned where to find different items that we need. Now I need to look for this. Yum!
I never thought Panama as a place to struggle for items!
I hope you find some so you can make these =D
Looks great. Chocolate is always welcome.
