I love fresh basil on pizza and the sauce trick is really useful. I’ll definitely utilize that next time we make pizza in our ordinary, nothing special, regular oven :)
Hey :-) im glad you stopped here by. Yep pizza is religion for its own 😂. I’m really experimenting much around... i used the trick, because the heat from above (800degrees) would be to much for the sauce :-)

One of my friends on here was experimenting with pizza and a wood oven and forgot to put some four down so his pizza stuck to the wood.… he said it would have been nice if someone would have told him that would happen without flour 🤷🏼♀️ Too bad you didn’t post this sooner :).
