Fried banana Cheese Balls
Here is how I made them:
I am using a banana we call "Saba" which is different from the usual banana we buy from the grocery store. A Saba is more starchy and perfect for cooking and making snacks like this one.
I first boiled then mashed the bananas so I can form them into balls.Lightly brush them with beaten eggs. Then coated them with breadcrumbs for crunch and texture
If you like you may add cheese while forming the balls for added flavor but that is just an option.Fry them until golden brown. The banana is already boiled so a quick fry is enough.
