A unique way to enjoy a very extreme Ortolan bird
In France, which is famous for its luxurious food, has some special foods that are sadistic ways of serving like Ortolan. And dishes made from orthopedic birds do look at first glance, but you know to get this dish, the ortholan will be placed in a small cage and fed so that its body becomes four times its size and after that the bird is soaked in Brandy Armagnac.
And don't just get there, the way to eat it is sadistic, that is you have to cover your head with a cloth and put one whole bird into the mouth, so that only the head is left and chewed until you can feel the brandy that enters the stomach. Really sadistic, and disgusting
