Saving My Over Ripe Banana
As much as possible we must not waste food. The point is, do your best, be creative, saving food from going to the trash is just like saving money especially if your living alone like me. So, I am making a very simple fried banana to save it from the trash and make some minions happy :)
FRIED BANANA
Peel the bananas
Cut to desired size
Heat pan and put oil
Fry the banana until brown
Drain the banana from excess oil using paper towel or tissue
Serve and enjoy
