A Great Little Local Cafe "Messapica"
“Messapica” is an independent and local café and food store near Queen’s Park. The interior decoration is cosy and relaxed. You can just bring your laptop, buy a coffee and sit here all day!
At the entrance, there is a food counter with all the yummy Italian delicacies and all home-made including a selection of fresh salad, square pizza served up by slice, creamy pasta and loads more besides!
My favourite is the creamy "Chicken Caesar Salad with Crunchy Garlic Croutons". The overall quality of ingredients and dressings were spot on and it tastes absolutely delicious!
Their coffee and juice are also fabulous too! I normally have the Soy Latte, which seems to have its own unique taste different from other places.
What is more, the staff here are all really friendly and attentive, making you feel so welcome. The price is probably quite similar as if you go to other chain cafés like "Starbucks", but I enjoy the atmosphere at "Messapica" more!
