Ingredients
- 2 pieces of oyong, afternoon cut circularly
- 5 meatballs, cut into 4 parts, boil briefly
- 1 packet of glass noodles (200 grams)
- 2 scallions, slice 1/2 cm
- 1 tomato, cut into pieces
- 3 onions, thinly sliced
- 1 black onion cloves, thinly sliced
- salt to taste
- sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1000 ml of water
How to make vegetable oyong:
heat the oil, then saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. set aside
Boil the water to a boil, after boiling, add the fried ingredients and give salt, sugar, meatballs, spring onions and oyong
Cook for a while then enter the noodles and tomatoes then turn off the heat.
