Ingredients
- 650 grams of chicken meat, diced
- 4 sticks of scallions, cut 3 cm
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons of pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons of palm sugar / brown sugar
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Pepper powder to taste
- sesame seeds that have been roasted to taste
How to make
Place the chicken meat and pieces of the onion alternately, set aside.
Heat the roast. Rub with oil then bake chicken satay while turning it around.
Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, pineapple juice, sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, ground pepper, and cornstarch. Bring to a boil.
