"How to Make Bakso Bakar Fresh Delicious and Delicious"

  1. The first step is, mix the following ingredients: ground beef, prepared spices and eggs into one, then blend it with a blender.

  2. Once smooth then add 100 grams of starch flour that has been provided with little by little while stirring so that all the ingredients can be mixed flat. If already input the meatball dough into a container or clean basin.

  3. Next, pour the water into a saucepan for heating. While waiting for the water to boil then take the dough as much as a teaspoon, then make a round shape. The shape of all the dough you have made is round. If the water has boiled, maskan all the meatballs, let stand until the meatballs float, then afterwards lift then drain.

  4. After that, puncture some finished meatballs by using a prepared skewers. Do this step until all the meatballs run out.

  5. If all the meatballs have been pierced, then burn the meatballs on the roasting embers while turning back and spread with a mixture of 3 tablespoons soy sauce and liquid margarine. Continue the process of baking this meatball until the meatball turns brownish, and afterwards you can lift it. and grilled meatballs ready to eat with family or friends.
