CHICKEN OF THE MENTEGA SAUCE

Material :
400gr chicken fillets, chopped, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder (I mashed garlic)
8 tablespoons flour
1.5 tablespoons cornstarch
1 egg shake beaten

Butter Sauce:
1.5-2 tablespoons margarine
1 bombay, sliced
8 tablespoons English soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1-2 tablespoons of sugar (I'm 3 tablespoons)

Way:
• Mix the flour and cornstarch, dip the chicken in the beaten egg, then add to the flour mixture, fry until cooked, set aside.

• Mix all the ingredients in the butter sauce in the bowl, except the bombay and margarine.

• Heat a frying pan, add 1/2 teaspoon margarine to saute the bombay, after the fragrant bombay, add the butter sauce mixture, stir well. Then enter 1 tablespoon margarine, stir well until the margarine has melted, then add the fried chicken flour before, stir well. Done !

Note: I make half the recipe for lunch, the rest is afternoon, so I adjust the measurements myself. 🤗
