Yesterday when I survey the craftsmen for my clients in Magelang area, I saw some planted salak plants growing in fertile soil in this area.

By the way, Salak pondoh is one of the many salak cultivars that grow in Sleman regency, Yogyakarta Special Region, on the slopes of Merapi. Salak pondoh has characteristics of sweet taste or not sepet since the fruit is still young.
