Its been a long time after i am posting on our favourite part of our lives -FOOD. I calling this as our favourite part of live beacause just think fo a while, a tasty food can change your mood instantaneously even you had a full day stress and a bad one can make you upset even if you had a billion dollar lottery on that day. Thats what is the greatness of food we take.

ICE TEA
Have you ever had a hot tea on a rainy day , sitting your balcony and having some pleasant music, if not give it a try. And its the same to have ice tea in a sunny day. Which cools down your body, rejuvinates your soul and gives you fresh start for the rest of the day. When coming to lemon , the sourness will activates your brain cells and even the electrolytes will replenish the lost ions from your body.
I had this one at TOM YUM YUM, which was an asian restaurant located in jubille hills, hyderabad.

Having a hot tea when rain is falling is what i usually like doing in a rainy season, because it keep me warm throughout the day and drinking icetea during sunny day cool my body like pouring a water inside a hot charcoal
