The most traditional pizzerias are located in Naples, Italy. According to history books, the pizza Margherita was invented there.As pizzarias mais tradicionais estão localizadas em Nápoles, na Itália. Segundo os livros de história, a pizza Margherita foi inventada lá.

In this post would like to recommend a nice restaurant not in Naples but in Florence, Italy. Florence is actually well-known for their Florentine Steak. Late evening, we were looking for a nice place to eat and after walking behind the Florence central station we found a small pizzeria named O' Cor 'e Napule that I believe translates very well what a great pizza must have: having fresh ingredients, prepared in front of you in a brickoven - coming out crunchy and rich in flavour!Neste post gostaria de recomendar um bom restaurante não em Nápoles, mas em Florença, Itália. Florença é bem conhecida por seu bife florentino. Tarde da noite, estávamos procurando um bom lugar para comer e depois de caminharmos atrás da estação central de Florença, encontramos uma pequena pizzaria chamada O 'Cor' e Napule que acredito traduzir muito bem o que uma ótima pizza deve ter: ingredientes frescos, preparados na sua frente em um forno a lenha - saindo crocante e com muito sabor!

The restaurant was not fancy but authentic. If you are interested have a look at their Facebook fanpage: O' Cor 'e Napule Or simply look for a "Pizzeria Napoletana" close to you and you have a good chance of getting an excelent pizza.O restaurante não era chique mas autêntico. Ou simplesmente procure por uma "Pizzaria Napoletana" perto de onde você mora e você terá uma boa chance de experimentar uma pizza excelente.

      Good crust is first. Fresh ingredients. I like to get a Margherita on my first visit to a pizzeria to see how they do on the classic. Then just go with what I feel like or what looks like a house specialty after that.
