Salad Asparagus, Onion & Tomato Recipe
Ingredients

- 2 sticks kyuri
- 4 asparagus sticks
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato fruit
- Spice dressing:
- 1 tsp dashi / mushroom broth
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce shoyu
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Steps
15 minutes
Prepare materials. Slice onion and diced tomatoes.
Heat the onions with microwave for 1 minute then squash the onion with water running several times. Leave it in water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water.
Slice kyuri with peeler, insert salt. Squeeze and let stand 5 minutes. Then rinse it with water and drain it.
Cut the long transverse asparagus, boil for 4 minutes. Lift and drain the water.
Enter the onions, asparagus and kyuri.
Enter the whole spice dressing and stir until evenly distributed. Put the tomato pieces stir briefly.
