I assume that depends on the amount you are already taken. It makes me think. I do not like sugar.. I hardly use it only if I bake something... same with salt.. I prepare most of my food myself. I assume no sugar also means a week without fruit?

Natural sugar in controlled quantity is good and essential for health. But the liking for sugar varies from person to person. My sugar level tends to fall and i experience headache. So i keep sweets with me for immediate revival. 😊
