I am so stoked you guys put this post out for us to read. I love applesauce and am going to definitely use this recipe. I have a fruit truck that drives by here every day and it is loaded with apples. I am going to buy a boat load tomorrow and make myself some applesauce. I had not even thought of making applesauce...thank you for reminding me. Such a simple yet great food experience. Once again you guys rock!
