Do you ever get the urge for some ice cream, and you want to make it epic at the same time? The easy answer to that is to get some Eggo waffles and whip up an ice cream waffle sandwich. For this lovely late night snack, I took some blueberry waffles and some vanilla ice cream and set it up for rapid consumption.
