Semur tofu, tempeh and eggs

Ingredients
4 pieces of raw tofu
1 bkstempe
4 chicken eggs
spices:
to taste red onion (if I have more onion)
to taste garlic
enough pounded powder
secukupnyamerica powder
2 pcsdaun orange
3 butirkemiri
1 bkskecap bango

How to make :

Boil the eggs until cooked

Cut the tofu into 2 parts and cut the triangle

Cut a large box of tempe then cut the middle into a triangular shape

1 sendok tehsaos raja rasa (jika tdk ada gpp)
2 sdmgula jawa (diiris / dihancurkan) sesuai selera
secukupnyagaram
secukupnyapenyedap makanan
secukupnyaair

Cara Membuat:

Rebus telur sampai matang

Potong tahu jadi 2 bagian dan potong segitiga

Potong tempe kotak besar kemudian potong bagian tengah jadi bentuk segitiga

Goreng tahu dan tempe (bertempur saja, gak ada 1 menit, setengah matang)

Haluskan semua bumbu saat kecap, penyedap makanan, saos raja rasa dan daun jeruk

Tumis bumbu sampai harum masukan saos raja rasa, penyedap makanan, daun jeruk, kemudian masukin air sedikit dulu untuk menghindari bumbu gosong, kemudian kecap sesusai selera

Masukan telur, tahu dan tempe, kemudian, dan biarkan bumbu meresap, kemudian angkat dan sajikan
