Step:

1: Use a knife to cut the shape of rice cake, shallot, garlic, green pepper and red pepper into segments;

2: Wash the crab with water first, then open the crab shell, remove the crab tail, remove the internal organs of the crab (reference picture or video);

3: Cut the body of the crab after processing with a knife into four equal parts (reference picture or video);

4: Add the vegetable oil in the pot to heat up to 70%, then apply a layer of cornstarch to the cut crab meat piece and fry it;

5: The crab pieces and the crab shell frying color become golden yellow and then ready to be used;

6: Put some vegetable oil in the pot and heat it to 40% hot. Add the red oil chili sauce and stir fry for 1 minute;

7: Then put in the prepared: shallot, garlic, green peppers and red peppers and crab stir fry for 3 minutes;

8: Then put the prepared rice cake into the pot and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add: cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence, then continue to stir fry for 3-5 minutes;

9: The effect after completion;
