Urgh...my camera stand broke! Nooooo!

The dry rub contains:

Hungarian paprika, salt, honey powder, allspice, Chipotle, nutmeg, black pepper, garlic, cinnamon, thyme, mace and spices.

After applying the dry rub I threw them on the barbecue for five minutes a side then threw them in the oven on low for 3 hours.

During the last 5 minutes I painted once I was barbecue sauce threw it under the broiler & repeated for the other side.

With the sauce thickening I took them out and let them rest.

I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
