Recipe time: Memoni Chicken Biryani
Hello, steemians! It's been long I haven't come with any recipe! So, it's high time I should make it. When last time I prepared Chicken Biryani I took shots to share. I named it Memoni Chicken Biryani.
Ingredients:
1.Chicken pieces 1kg
2.Rice 1 kg
3.Biryani Masala 50 gram Packet
4.Ginger Garlic paste 20 gram
5.Onion chopped 500 gram
6.Fried onion 50 gram for garnish
7.Potato sliced and fried 5/6 pieces
8.Oil
9.Ghee
10.Nutmeg/mace paste 1 teaspoon
11.Groundnut paste 1 tablespoon
Procedures:
Take oil+ghee 3 tablespoons into a pan saute the onions. Then put chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, biryani masala packet, nutmeg, mace, groundnut paste. Stir well. Add some water to cook the chicken.
In another pan cook the rice. 6/7 glasses of water for 1 kg rice. Adding salt 3 spoons and ghee 1 tablespoon. When it is cooked. Take the half rice into another bowl. Like the picture.
Add keora jol, milk powder paste, fried onions, fried potato to the half portion of rice. Then add chicken curry and other half portion of rice was kept in a separate bowl. Then cover the pan and let it cook in low flame till nice smoke comes out. Usually it needs 15/20 minutes.
It is now prepared. The most delicious food. Enjoy the memoni chicken biryani. The pictures used is taken while preparing the biryani. It's my own work.
