if you are what you eat, then you need to eat carefully!
a healthy diet for night shoul include:
- vegetables and legumes/beans.
- lean meats and poultry, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds,
legumes/beans. - grain (cereal) foods, mostly wholegrain and/or high cereal fibre varieties.
also before going to bed it's great to fast for 2-3 hours with just water and soft sugerless drinks.
