My Favorite Dishes 🧡

Everyone weekend I will visit one of my favorite restaurant. After a whole week of eating vegetarian food, this is the time to allow myself to eat what I like.

Since I stopped eating meat 3 years ago, I have never had to be careful about the calories anymore and actually I would like to suggest everyone to stop eating meat, because my experience tells me that meat eating lifestyle isn’t always healthy for your body and soul.

I have about 5 favorite restaurants and visit them regularly. My favourite restaurant doesn’t have to be a very modern or luxurious one but most important is, the taste of the food.

My favorite soup

It’s very common in Europe, to oder a soup as an appetizer than follow with the main menu. One of my favorite soup is the “garlic cream soup”.

I love the creamy taste of the soup combines with the taste of the garlic and the roasted small piece of bread.

My favorite fish dish

I love seafoods but lately I try to avoid them. The sea / ocean are very dirty and contain a dramatically high level of mercury. The more seafood we eat, the more mercury will be collected in our body and this could lead to the major health problem in the future. Sadly the main reason of this major problem is “human”

I prefer a local fish from the clean European water. Those fish are natural healthy and they are a quality food source. The tests of my dish was excellent, a taste of the quality product.
