FOOD AND CULTURE: The Primitive Feast
A primitive feast enjoyed by our locals in Southern Philippines. This is the fruit of their labor. Contented, happy and enjoyed the natural gift our nature. The feast includes sweet potato, banana, puso ( rice filled inside the coconut leaf), corn, and their main dish, chicken soup cooked and seasoned inside the coconut shell.
