Visiting the fridge at Backa-Brunnsbo
Today i visited one of the fridge locations at Backa-Brunnsbo in Gothenburg. There was still lots of bread in the freezer from the food waste pickup made on Monday.

How quickly do the fridges normally getting emptied?

That really depends. Some locations are well know so people queue outside before the food is delivered, and so food is gone within 10 min. New locations like this one will take some time before it's emptied.
I'll try to document when there's some more action around the fridge.
