¡¡¡Muy buenas Steemians!!! Empieza el colegio de los niños y todos sabemos lo que eso significa, preparar material, ropa, organizar los horarios.... ¡¡¡Un lío!!! Y casi no queda tiempo para preparar la comida, con lo que yo ya he empezado a preparar para congelar... ¡¡¡Sacar y listo!!!
HI STEMIANS!!! The kids start school and we all know what that means, preparing material, clothes, organizing schedules... A mess!!! And there is almost no time to prepare the meals, so I have already started cooking to freeze... Take and ready!!!
Una de las cosas siempre intento tener son croquetas, en este caso son de ibéricos, finamente picados. A mis niños les encanta y son fáciles de organizar en nuestro congelador.
One of the things I always try to have are croquettes, in this case they are with Iberian jam, finely chopped. My kids love it and they are easy to organize in our freezer.
Es un plato que no tiene mucha complicación a mi personalmente me gusta hacerlas jugosas y tiernas por dentro, que se deshagan en boca. Riquísimas con su cebolla bien pochada.
It's a dish that is not complicated to prepare and personally I like to make them juicy and tender on the inside, that they break down in the mouth. Delicious with its well poached onion.
Un truco es guardar el buen ibérico de las fiestas para picarlos y guardarlos en paquetes con la dosis justa por litro de masa.
A trick is to keep the good Iberian jam of the great festivities to chop it, keeping it in packages with the just dose per liter of mass.

No hay mermelada ibérica, son croquetas con virutas de jamón ibérico :)
