You might think that your IQ is genetically predetermined, but did you know you can eat yourself smarter?

Your daily dose of brainpower

Do you want your brain to function 100% so that you can built an awesome network on Steemit? You can do that by eating the foods in this picture below. If you follow this menu a couple of days, you shall be smarter: You will feel sharp, more concentrated, you will remember things better and you can relax at the right time.

  1. Start your day with blueberries, the unusual high amount of vitamins are astonishingly good for you. Anthycians give the berries the deep color, but they are also good for your memory.

  2. Take between your breakfast and your lunch an apple. There is quercitin in them, these are antioxidants that improve your concentration.

  3. Eat you lunch with cayenne pepper, these make you make you happy and reduce stress. Capsaicin is the active compound in cayenne pepper, this compound stimulates the delivery of endorphins (the happydrug!).

  4. You want to stay concentrated the rest of the day you can drink Ginseng thee and eat something in between with Avocado. Avocado is good for you due to polyunsaturated fats. This will help you protect your organs, including your brain. It also gives you a lower blood pressure, which will help improve the blood flow to and through your brain.

  5. Sunflower seeds are rich of the amino acid called tryptophan. Tryptophan will bring you in a better mood, strengthens your memory and improves your sleep.

  6. In the evening you eat beets, the high amount of vitamin D helps to process and store information better in your brain. Finish your day with green tea to help you relax and sleep well, so you can rock your Steemit posts the next day!

As final and 7th tip I recommend you to drink a lot of water! Your brains exists for 85% of water. If your brains don't get enough water they will shrink and they can't function properly.
