Arroz Valenciana
Ingredients
- 200 grams of rice
- 200 grams of sticky rice
- 100 grams of chicken fillet
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 250 ml of coconut milk
- 400 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 2 pieces of sausage, sliced
Seasoning
- 4 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper
Complementary
- 50 grams of peas
- 1 piece of green pepper cut box
- 50 grams of raisins
- 2 eggs, made omelette
- 2 red chili, sliced
The steps
- Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken, sausage, and raisins.
- Mix well then pour water, turmeric, coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Stir well
- Add rice, peppers, peas, and red chili.
- Cook until cooked and serve hot with a slice of omelet.
