Arroz Valenciana


Ingredients

  • 200 grams of rice
  • 200 grams of sticky rice
  • 100 grams of chicken fillet
  • 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 250 ml of coconut milk
  • 400 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 2 pieces of sausage, sliced

Seasoning

  • 4 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Complementary

  • 50 grams of peas
  • 1 piece of green pepper cut box
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 2 eggs, made omelette
  • 2 red chili, sliced

The steps

  1. Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken, sausage, and raisins.
  2. Mix well then pour water, turmeric, coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Stir well
  3. Add rice, peppers, peas, and red chili.
  4. Cook until cooked and serve hot with a slice of omelet.
