Si tienes la habilidad de explicar un proyecto científico a un niño de 6 años, entonces tu proyecto sera exitoso, y la señal de la prosperidad en este negocio estuvo siempre a la vista pero necesito de un simple hecho que cambiaría la visión y generaría otro enfoque.

Un día estaba yo en una conversación amistosa con mis amigos, y una de las amigas era una chica del campo, tenia mas de 40 años de edad y tenia un sembradío de café en el campo, vino de visita a la urbanización en donde vivimos y nos ofreció a todos una tasa de café. Fue un delicioso café artesanal directo del campo, hecho con amor a la siembra y al servicio.
Mis palabras siempre son muy educativas porque soy Docente Universitario y Abogado, pero tengo mucha vocación de servicio, siempre trabaje en Restaurantes y me gusta mucho atender cariñosamente a las personas, entonces me di cuenta que cada vez que me reunía con mis amigos, aprendíamos mucho de todos nosotros y siempre teníamos una tasa de café delicioso.
Mi idea fue ligar el servicio de café con mis clases de Oratoria, Leyes y Criptomonedas
Así que me puse a investigar el negocio de los Coffe bar, que por cierto siempre fue un sueño que tuve, tener mi propio restaurante pequeño, donde ganarme la vida y ser un hombre de servicios, solo que no tenia un plan para desarrollarlo tan pronto y ademas no me había dado cuenta que podría iniciar bajo un esquema completamente diferente al que yo conocía.
Anti-Coffe
Un anticafe es un coffe bar en donde puedes tomarte una tasa de café y pagar por el tiempo que lleves ahí, el café es gratis de hecho todo el café que quieras puedes consumirlo, pero se te cobrara el tiempo que tengas en el lugar. Este es el nuevo esquema de cafeterías que en Europa están teniendo muchísimo éxito, y que en el lado de Latinoamerica aun no se registran experiencias.
Entonces mi idea de este proyecto es cobrar por mis talleres, conferencias, seminarios y encuentros y mesclar con el resto del esquema innovador de lo que es un Anti-café
Qué cosas tengo
- Lugar: tengo un espacio en el Solar de mi casa, amplio y con buena luz y Sombra durante todo el día
- Cafe: tengo un proveedor de café barato y artesanal
- Conocimiento: Tengo experiencia en Educación en dos Universidades durante mas de 7 años
- Internet Wifi
Sobre el Lugar en las dos fotos de abajo se aprecia el espacio donde tengo previsto hacer talleres, nunca entraran mas de 15 personas.

Yo propongo que en el primer Anticafe de Venezuela exista una cátedra de Criptomonedas o Economía Digital en donde todos los clientes puedan aprender e ingresar en este fantástico mundo de las criptomonedas, Yo fui Embajador de Bitcoin Cash en Venezuela durante un año, hacíamos meetups en toda la ciudad e hicimos un trabajo fabuloso.
Sobre la estrategia y estudio de mercado
Mi urbanización es grande, 540 casas, en donde hay aproximadamente 2500 habitantes, y de esa población, existe un aproximado de 700 jovenes entre las edades de 10 hasta los 30 años de edad, que es lógicamente el publico mas cautivo para este tipo de negocios, es claro entonces que mientras en la urbanización exista un lugar para que los jovenes y personas en general puedan tomarse una tasa de café, estudiar, hacer amigos, mientras están conectados por wifi creo que es una gran oportunidad de negocio.
Crowdfunding
No quiero ser otro Venezolano que dice que la crisis en el país esta difícil y que es imposible vivir aquí, aunque desde luego tenemos muchas dificultades, es justamente este el momento que el universo nos dio para iniciar un negocio que es prospero, no solamente porque cubre una necesidad, sino porque tambien es un espacio, confiable e innovador.
