العيش الفينو فى البيت اجمل من الجاهز
دلوقتى تقدرى تعملى كل المخبوزات فى المنزل وبسهولة جدا كلنا منقدرش نستغنا عن العيش الفينو فى سندوتشات الفطار للاطفال
ودلوقتى هكتب الطريقة ليكم بسهولة جدا
المقادير:
دقيق
ماء
بيضه ويمكن الاستغناء عنها
ملح
رشة سكر
حليب
زيت
ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر
الطريقة :
نضع الخميرة وملعقة السكر فى كوب به ماء
ونتركها حتى تتفاعل. وتختمر
فى وعاء نضع الدقيق والبيكنج بودر والملح ثم نضيف اليهم كوب الماء ونبدا بالعجن
ثم نضيف البيضة واللبن ونعجن مره اخرى
وفى النهاية نضيف الزيت ونكمل عجن
ثم نترك العجينة لتختمر
بعد كده بنقسم العجينة لكور صغيرة
ونفرد كل كورة ونقوم بلفها
ثم نضعها فى صاج مدهون بالزيت
ثم نكرر ذلك حتى تنتهى جميع العجينة
ونتركها تختمر ثم ندخلها فى فرن ساخن ونهدأ النار حتى تستوى
وبالف هنا وشفا
