Do you remember....
Yes I do.
Around noon there was a truck coming to the ranch. "Metro is here"! While the little man in blue suit with dark glasses stepped out of his truck and opened the 'kitchen' we all went to the truck to get some heated food that was terrible and a mouth full fats but that was all there was.
The only one on TV at that time telling us how to keep a healthy body and eat healthy food was Jane Fonda. But I remember the turkey dinners more than ever eating apples and vegetables.
After awhile I had to get an extra job in the evenings to get some more cash and you probably guessed it, it was at an Italian restaurant.
The restaurant was called Sorrento's and right there I had my first slice of pizza because I was hungry. I even learned how to make Pizza the Italian style and now Pizza is now one of my favorite guilty pleasures on the planet.
Prosciutto or Cardinale with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, and oregano,
Tonno with tomato sauce, mozzarella, tuna, and onions. I Love the Valtellina with tomato sauce, mozzarella, bresaola, Parmesan flakes and rocket. Pizza al Pesto with tomato, mozzarella, Genoese pesto, pine nuts, and olives
Wake me up for the Capricciosa with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, artichokes, mushrooms, and olives and for the Pizza tartufata with Mozzarella, truffle cream, and porcini mushrooms.
And so forth and so on but there is one pizza that is NOT DONE and that is the HAWAIIAN PIZZA. I am all for mixing salt sour and sweet together in some dishes but NOT ON A PIZZA.

Irish Stout. Trust me. The two will work together.
I know you must be specialised in beer. Sweet goes with a lot but not with pizza. seriously. It goes with stews, and anything cooked just nit with pizza. I love Ireland by the way. Most of all the history and the castles.
