Aceh has been known since the beginning with its culinary food which has many types, traditional culinary food that is very well known to date is 'Kuah Plik'. For those of you who have visited Aceh, you may not be familiar with the plastic sauce.
In this video I would like to introduce some kinds of traditional Acehnese culinary foods in Indonesia, including: Boh Manok Teusambai, Crehcool, Fat Batang banana, Sambalado, Shrimp Tumis, and Mie Hun.
These types of food are types of food that are usually eaten by Acehnese on a daily basis, even if you visit a shop in Aceh, you will also be served a type of culinary food like this, that means you can get these types of food very easily. if you visit Aceh.
Dishes like this have been the customs or culture of Acehnese people since ancient times, namely by using tabak and placed all kinds of food on the tabak, then served to the family or guests who come to the house.
Among all types seen in vidio, the most popular foods include banana stem fat. Banana stem fat is popular because this type of food is very often served if there are traditional parties or other festivities, the fat of the banana stem is made from the core of a young banana tree which is cut into small pieces and cooked using coconut milk , so it tastes really delicious and sweet.
This kind of traditional culinary food does not exist in other regions in Indonesia, only in the province of Aceh that has traditional food like this, indeed in Indonesia there are many tribes, and with different tribes it is also different from the traditional foods of each region.
