EXPERIENCING VIETNAMESE FOOD AT APARRI
Here I am again looking for something that would definitely give me unusual experience and adventure away from a daily errands at work. Repeated stunts are quite boring.
While I and my girl was strolling the other night I invited her to taste the food of the almost a year old Vietnamese Cuisine found at Aparri, Cagayan, Philippines. She approved immediately and we proceeded.
The night was calm and the sky seemed never want to cry. It was perfect for a date out!
PHO is located exactly beside Lyceum of Aparri Hospital.
Motorists can easily grasp its existence along the road since it is very simple and open. A great ventilation strategy and a very welcoming vibes I supposed.
Pho means a Vietnamese soup that consists a combination of rice noodles, broth, different herbs for unusual taste and aroma, and meat (usually beef).
PHO offers different dishes that cost 100 pesos every order. That is a very affordable rate compared to Metro Manila. Filipino foods are great but sometimes we look for something odd to our taste buds. I really think it is a very nice place to spend money and experience asian cuisine.
There is a menu to choose from but we ordered: Bo Luc Lac, Goi Cuon, Bun Bo Hue, Pho Ha, and two glasses of Deep Blue Soda, wherein Pho Ha is the best seller.
Here's how each we ordered look like so you may have an idea.
-Fried rice with marinated beef chunks
-Fresh steamed spring rolls
-A very spicy hue style noodle soup
-A combination noodle soup that contains eye-round steak, well-done flank marble brisket tendon, and marble tripe
-Fusion of Torani Blue Curacao Syrup, Soda, and Berrino Passion Fruit Crush
The serving is good and it can actually accommodate two person. So it is a win-win situation. 100 pesos each for viands and 50 each for drinks. We all get what we paid for.
In the end a sound burp was delivered and contenment over what we have ordered was fetched.
