Hello steemit friends I want to introduce one typical food from aceh that is rujak:
Rujak is a kind of salad. Made from fresh fruits with spicy sweet sauce. Fresh fruits include: young mango, bengkuang, salak, papaya is almost cooked, kedondong, cashew, cucumber, starfruit, grapefruit and others. Sauce used is made of Java sugar, peanuts, tamarind, salt, lime, and chillies in racik by chef rujak
