PASTA WITH TURKEY
you will need:
- Turkey fillet-600 g;
– paste;
tomatoes in sable. juice-1 pack; - tomatoes-4 PCs;
- shallots - 1 PC;
– olive oil; - thyme - 1 sprig;
- garlic-2 cloves;
- ground pepper;
– Sol.
How to cook: cut the Turkey into small pieces and fry in olive oil with finely chopped shallots (half onion). In a separate pan fry crushed garlic and a sprig of thyme, then remove them, and fry in this oil finely chopped tomatoes with shallots (the second half), then add the tomatoes in their own juice. In tomato sauce shift the Turkey, mix and bring to readiness. Boil pasta, combine with sauce from Turkey and tomatoes.
