SALAD WITH SMOKED TROUT AND AVOCADO

For those who are on a diet, this salad will completely replace dinner, because it includes both protein and olive oil, as well as a set of vitamins and minerals

You will need:

  • Onions - ½ PCs;
  • Bell pepper - ½ PC;
  • Freshly smoked trout (can be replaced with any cooked fish);
  • Avocado - 1 PC;
  • Olives-10 PCs;
  • Green salad of different varieties-100 gr.
    For refueling:
  • Mustard-1 coffee spoon;
  • Sugar-1 coffee spoon;
  • Wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
  • White wine - 2 tablespoons;
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons.
    Cut vegetables, olives, fish and avocado into a salad bowl, mix mustard with sugar and vinegar, dilute with wine and add oil. Salt and pepper add to taste. Fill the salad and let soak for 20 minutes. Don't leave it any longer, it will be softened. If you want to keep the salad until the evening, do not put the dressing and salt.
