WHIP UP: ROASTED FISH WITH SALAD.
Sometimes in life well there is no time. Therefore, the dish that I offer today is prepared quickly, and eaten even faster. It is ideal for a light lunch or dinner.
Take the fillet of any white fish, classically crumble in flour and fry on high heat. The fish is very tender and is prepared in a few minutes.
And now salad: boiled green asparagus, salad white onion, sweet red pepper, canned corn and 4 varieties of different lettuce.
Sauce: vinaigrette (Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper, white wine, olive oil plus half a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar).
