How to cook goat the head
Hi all steemians.....!
On this occasion I want to share how to cook goat the head......
Got Goat head disposed because it can be processed into delicious and gule cuisine can be enjoyed with family in susana feast of Eid al-Adha.
MATERIALS:
1 content of goat's head, boiled until cooked and tender, cut into pieces with sizes and shapes according to taste.
15 red cayenne pepper intact.
4 pieces of Orange leaves, leaves the bone.
1.5 use the stalk Lemongrass, white part only, bruised.
2 thread of turmeric leaves.
3 tamarind fruit.
1 liters of thick coconut milk.
1 litre of thin coconut milk.
2 butir pekak, roasted peanuts first.
4 grains of cardamom, roasted peanuts.
Section 2-sized cinnamon fingers, broken into several parts.
Granulated sugar, salt.
SUBTLE SEASONING:
12 cloves shallots.
4 cloves garlic.
6 large red chilies.
8 curly red chilies.
0.5 tablespoon coriander.
4 grains of pecans, roasted peanuts.
Ginger about the size of 1 finger segment.
3 sprigs of cloves, roasted peanuts.
Two-segment-sized turmeric fingers, burnt in advance.
HOW TO MAKE COCONUT CURRY GOAT HEAD:
Heat until butter or margarine is melted.
Saute the herbs that have been mashed, lime leaves, galangal, Lemongrass, turmeric leaf, pekak, cardamom and cinnamon until fragrant.
Enter the offal which has been boiled and the Red cayenne pepper as well as intact, mix until all ingredients are well blended.
Pour water thin coconut milk and thick coconut milk, stir until boiling.
Add sugar, salt and pepper powder, stirring until it dissolves and sauce goulash boil again, turn off the heat.
TIPS & TRICKS:
After being washed clean, before it is boiled, the contents of the head of the goat jerky with lime juice to remove the fishy smell.
The amount of chili pepper used can be adjusted.
