🍲 Lemon Rice With Golden Color 😋
With a little lemon, you can turn the plain rice into a fresh, exotic main dish or a nice meat garnish.
The color of rice is so deep yellow not from lemon, but from turmeric seasoning. It makes it golden and very beautiful. Crispy crisp hazelnuts can be added to the rice, and spicy hot peppers for piquancy.
Rice is prepared with vegetable broth to make it fragrant. If you do not have one, replace it with water, but you will easily take away the saturation of the dish. Milk gives a density and makes the rice a little creamy.
Ingredients
1 hrs. Long grain rice
4 stalks of green onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 hrs. Milk
2 hrs. Vegetable broth
1 pc. Lemons
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Butter
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
Method of preparation
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the olive oil.
- Cut the white part of the onion. Leave the green for a garnish. Put it in a pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Slice the garlic and scrape the lemon peel. Add them to the other products and continue to cook by stirring in 30 seconds.
- Pour the rice, turmeric, salt and black pepper. Pour the vegetable broth, milk and lemon juice.
- Lower the temperature of the hot plate and let it boil. After boiling, let it dry for 20 minutes or until the liquid evaporates.
- Garnish with fresh dill and green onions
