Chia Seed & Grape Banana Smoothie

Good Health and Good Sense are two of life's greatest treasures.

Ingredients:

1 cup red seedless grapes
1 small banana, frozen and chopped
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon Wakaya Perfection Ginger
1 pinch of Wakaya Perfection Turmeric


Place the grapes in the freezer for about an hour until frozen, then add the grapes, the banana and the skim in the blender and pulse to chop them.


Next, add the yogurt, herbs and chia seeds then blend them on high speed until smooth.


Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
