Meat in the casserole

Ingredients: 1 kgr flatiron (beef) cut in pieces you prefer, ½ cup of olive oil, 1 lemon juice, 1 cup of white wine, 1 chopped onion, 1-2 gloves of garlic finely chopped, salt and pepper, a pinch of oregano, ½ tsp of all purpose flour

This is a comfort food. It reminds you of winter tables with the family. In a pressure cooker you sauté the onion in the olive oil for 5’, along with the chopped garlic. Put the pieces of meat in the pressure cooker to sear it. Put the wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add some salt and pepper, ½ glass of water and close the pressure cooker. Cook for 30’.

Open the pressure cooker, take a cup of the liquid, add the flour and the lemon, mix well and toss all over the meat. Try to mix the liquids by moving the pressure cooker around with both your hands and let the food simmer for another 5’.

In the end add the oregano.
