Hawaiian bread with fruits and nuts
Products:
3 cups of flour
¾ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
2 cups of white sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 cup of crushed nuts
3 broken eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of banana puree
1 cup of ground pineapple from a can
2 tablespoons of liquid vanilla
1/2 glass of coconut sawdust
1 cup of cherries without stones, cut into halves
Preparation:
Heat the oven 180 degrees. Lubricate with grease and roast a baking pan, rectangular.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, soda. Add walnuts, eggs, oil, banana, pineapple, vanilla, coconut and cherries. Mix the mixture well. Pour the dough into the pan. Bake in a heated oven for about an hour or until the bread begins to get a nice tan. Cool completely before cutting.
