My recipe for fried potatoes

in #food6 years ago (edited)

Greetings to all my readers! Today I will share my recipe of fried potatoes. And participate in some contests on such a wonderful platform, as Steemit.
We Russians like to eat potatoes very much. We cook it in different ways and usually it turns out very tasty. It can be boiled peeled and peeled. As well as fried. Still very good mashed potatoes.
Living in Italy, I feel the difference in the taste of potatoes. I thought it was supposed to be exactly the same, but it's not. And I know what's wrong. Everything depends on the soil.
Russia has a very tasty land, so it gives birth to very tasty vegetables, they all have a flavor. You get a tomato, and it already smells like a tomato. In Italy it is necessary to cut the tomato, then it will smell like a tomato.
I told you the difference, so you understand what I'm writing. For example, during the second world war, the Germans were taken to Germany Russian black earth land.
This is so fertile land that you do not need to add any natural fertilizers - just enough to plant a seed and grow a beautiful and healthy plant, such as potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, all that you put in the land.
So, we begin.

Preparing the ingredients:

  • peel potatoes - 4 PCs., cut it into bar-shaped, preferably thin, so crispy good. - onions on request who like a lot -the head of a big bow, who doesn't really suggest the onion less. Chop the onions finely.
  • green pea. I'll add some sweet little green peas.
  • naturally olive or vegetable oil, a bit.
  • salt to taste.
I cook for one person, i.e. for me, my husband is away

Stage 1. Time 15.26.

Roundabout on the fire, warm up very well, adding a little olive oil, as in the photo.
The frying pan is hot put the potatoes, preferably slightly dry, without any residual water
Cover not covered.

Stage 2. Time 15.32.

The first time I start to turn the potatoes: "from the bottom up, from the bottom up!!
" And you can see that the potatoes are starting to blush.

**Stage 6. Time 15.48 **

the Fire is off, so the potatoes according to my grandmother's recipe was prepared for 22 minutes.

On a separate frying pan, I fried meat sausages and I got this dish. The lunch was late, but very tasty. Buon appetito!!!
